There are two ways we can assist you with hair color matching for your extensions. You can send in a photo of your hair in natural daylight, capturing both front and back views without flash or indoor lighting. This method offers the fastest turnaround for your hair color matching needs. Alternatively, you can send in a sample to our color match specialist using a provided shipping label. Please note that this option may take longer due to shipping times but ensures a guaranteed perfect color match for your hair extension installation.

At Customhairextensions.us, each set of our custom hair extensions is made to order, tailored specifically to your chosen length, texture, and color. Because of the personalized nature of these products, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns or exchanges.
We understand that achieving the perfect hair color matching is important. That’s why we offer a one-time complimentary color correction within 30 days of your purchase date.
Color Correction Terms:
- The request must be made within 30 days of the original purchase date.
- Hair extensions must be in their original, unaltered condition (unworn, unwashed, and uncut) for eligibility.
- The color correction service is limited to adjustments for shade accuracy only and does not include changes to length, texture, or type of extensions.
- We will provide a prepaid shipping label and cover all shipping costs of the corrective service.
