Thank you for shopping with us! Each set of our custom hair extensions is custom-made to perfectly match your hair, which means processing and shipping times may vary depending on your chosen color-matching method.

Processing Times

• Photo Color Match: Orders that use a photo for color matching typically take up to 2 weeks for production before shipping.

• Hair Sample Color Match: Orders that require a mailed-in hair sample typically take up to 3 weeks for production before shipping.

Please note: These timeframes reflect our standard turnaround. During high-volume periods or due to unforeseen supply delays, processing may take slightly longer.

Shipping Times

Once your custom order is complete, it will be shipped via your selected shipping method at checkout. Shipping times vary based on location, but most domestic orders arrive within 3–7 business days after dispatch. International delivery times may vary.

Order Tracking

A tracking number will be provided by email once your order ships, allowing you to follow it all the way to your door and stay updated on the shipping process.

Important Notes

• Because all extensions are custom-made to your unique color, production begins only after your color match is finalized.

• Shipping timelines are in addition to processing times.

• We are not responsible for shipping delays once the package has been handed over to the carrier.

Rush Processing & Shipping

We offer a Rush Processing & Shipping option via USPS for customers who need their extensions sooner.

• Rush orders reduce the standard turnaround time by several business days. (This option only applies to shipping times and does not affect manufacturing time.)

• Availability depends on order volume and your selected color-matching method.

• Rush fees will be displayed at checkout.
